Everyone that I dealt with at BKT was great from starting the process with Christine to installation with Ben. Phil Eastburn made everything come together in ways too numerous to count. His attention to detail and ability to get things done are assets that make him a superb project manager. If I ever do another remodel it'll be at BKT because I'd trust him overseeing any job.

I have been a loyal customer of Bath, Kitchen and Tile and came in recently for some cabinets for a she shed. Phil Eastburn was amazing. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for and took the time needed to find the best for the space needs. He was focused on what would work best and something I would love and enjoy for a long time. He also helped me throughout the entire experience providing great customer service. I worked with Phil Eastburn at the Wilmington store. GREAT help. Purchased a GE refrigerator, GE stove and Yorktown cabinets. Delivery was to Lewes, Delaware. He and his team arrived as scheduled and placed my new cabinets where I asked. This was not an installation project but it certainly helped to have heavy lifters on site to assist getting the items to an accessible spot. Phil also moved my existing appliances to an outdoor space. Grateful for his input and hooking me up with great products!

We had a positive experience working with Phil Eastburn at Bath, Kitchen & Tile. Phil was consistently professional, responsive, and thoughtful throughout the process. What stood out most was his practical experience with real-world cabinet and countertop installations. He understands that no project is perfect and was proactive in addressing on-site challenges as they arose.During our installation, he provided effective solutions for compensating uneven walls, resolving a few sticky drawers, and correcting glazing details that needed attention. Rather than dismissing concerns, he took them seriously and ensured they were properly addressed. His steady communication and willingness to stand behind the work made the process much smoother.Overall, we appreciated his customer service, hands-on knowledge, and follow-through. We would be comfortable working with him again on future projects.

I used Bath, Kitchen and Tile back in 2000 and was so pleased I upgraded my kitchen just recently. Again, the work they provide and service is exceptional. I won’t go any place else. My new counters, new cabinet and counter backsplash is beautiful. I highly recommend them.

Ben went above and beyond..truly exceptional. We know have the best kitchen on Newell Drive in Faulkland Heights. Owe it all to Ben for his great attention to detail.

The approved vendor for purchasing additional cabinets that were originally installed by the builder was this place. Although my purchases weren’t large, April was extremely thorough and helped ensure everything went smoothly, even during her busy schedule. She was very knowledgeable about cabinet purchases and installation, and she explained everything clearly in detail. Later, I needed a few small items, and once again, she was unfailingly kind and helped me place the orders. We communicated through email, and her responses were always very quick. The gentlemen who delivered the additional cabinets I ordered were also friendly and handled the cabinets with great care. Although I plan to use the builder-grade cabinets for now since they are still new, I will be ordering new cabinets from this place through Saul when I eventually upgrade my kitchen. I saw trustworthiness in her taste, her professionalism, and the way this company treats its customers.

This is our second time working with the nice people here. Christina was patient and helpful and certainly very professional. We are looking forward to our new countertops and cabinets! 🙂

We had a wonderful experience with Bath, Kitchen & Tile! From the moment we walked into the store, Christine was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We were doing a total renovation of our bathroom and Christine helped us navigate fixture, flooring, tiles, etc. We loved the variety of choices in the materials. Even though we didn't go with their contractor, they worked with our contractor and checked in on us to make sure everything was moving on schedule. Christine was a gem! She responded quickly to our questions. and was always accessible. We would definitely use their services again. I highly recommend Bath, Kitchen & Tile.
