Quartz Countertops– With the combination of beauty and durability, Charlie settled on engineered quartz countertops with an undermount porcelain white sink. Quartz countertops are composed of a mix of natural quartz crystals in a resin base, creating a surface that is non-porous and scratch resistant. Since the surface is non porous it is highly resistant to staining and requires no sealing.
Plumbing fixtures– All plumbing fixtures, including the toilet, tub and faucet, are Kohler products and come with a limited lifetime warranty. Charlie chose to go with a brushed nickel finish to keep with the timeless look.
